Kids Depot Childcare Center and Preschool in Clarksville, TN is seeking dedicated and energetic Early Childhood Teachers to join our team! We provide high-quality care and education to children from 6 weeks to 12 years old , helping them grow through hands-on learning and developmentally appropriate activities.

What You’ll Do:

Create a safe, healthy, and stimulating classroom environment. Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets DHS licensing standards and center policies. Develop lesson plans based on individual children’s needs and stages of development. Monitor behavior and developmental progress, promoting social-emotional and cognitive growth. Maintain a clean and organized classroom. Build positive relationships with families and communicate effectively. Participate in staff meetings, parent conferences, and professional development.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED (required) CDA or Early Childhood Education credentials (preferred) At least 1 year of experience working in an early childhood setting (required) CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred) Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Excellent communication skills Positive, flexible attitude and a passion for working with young children Why Join Us?
