Early Childhood Education Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for preschool students
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Teach basic academic skills such as math, language, and science
• Incorporate physical education and movement activities into daily routines
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
• Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
• Provide individualized support for students with special needs or learning challenges

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
• Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
• Familiarity with lesson planning and curriculum development
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
