Role:
As our Assistant Director, you’ll be the right-hand superhero to our Director, ensuring that our child care center runs smoothly, safely, and full of laughter. You’ll help manage staff, plan engaging activities, and create a nurturing environment where little learners can thrive!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assisting with daily operations and ensuring a fun, safe, and educational environment. Supporting and mentoring teachers to bring out their inner Mary Poppins. Planning exciting activities that keep kids engaged and parents impressed. Communicating with families, because we know happy parents = happy kiddos. Handling administrative tasks like scheduling and compliance (yes, paperwork is part of the fun).
What We’re Looking For:
Passion for working with children (bonus points if you can sing the ABCs backwards). Strong leadership and organizational skills. Ability to multitask – because toddlers don’t wait! Experience in child care, early education, or wrangling a group of energetic kids. A sense of humor – it’s a must!
