Hiring Manager A Smart Start Enrichment Academy

Thomas Street, Memphis, TN 38127 Develop and implement lesson plans based on weekly curriculum themes, incorporating early literacy, numbers, colors, shapes, sight words, and motor skill activities. Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging classroom environment. Provide individualized attention to each child while encouraging independence and creativity. Maintain consistent classroom routines, including circle time, structured play, meals, rest periods, and enrichment activities. Monitor and document child progress, behavior, and developmental milestones. Communicate effectively with parents, providing daily reports and regular updates. Collaborate with team members to plan center-wide events and themed activities. Adhere to licensing regulations and center policies including health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
