Leadall aspects of the classroom in a manner consistent with thephilosophy and goals of the center. Implement activities thatencourage each child’s growth in the areas of emotion, social,cognitive, creative, and physical development. Take initiative,accept constructive criticism, and feedback, and make improvementsand changes as necessary for the betterment of the quality of theprogram. Create and maintain an environment that is clean and safefor all children. Establishing a professional level of rapport witheach family to provide quality care for the children. Physicalability to work around small children including sitting, standing,walking, running, and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry upto 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
