They must be willing to learn new things and never stop professional development. We will give the right candidates lots of support during their transition into our program. Here are some things required of this position.

• Punctuality and good attendance is a MUST!
• Be able to sit on the floor and rise quickly if child is in danger.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Be able to speak and write clearly.
• Friendly personality & great conflict resolution skills.
