Preschool Assistant Director Mustard Seed Nursery School McMinnville, TN 37110 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Assistant Director to help lead our early childhood education program. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for educating young children. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and implementing strategic planning to enhance our educational offerings. The Preschool Director will work closely with staff, parents, and the community to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Responsibilities Help in managing the overall operations of the preschool, including staffing, curriculum development, and compliance with licensing regulations. Provide leadership and support to teaching staff, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
