Preschool Teacher-3 Princeton Prep Preschool 504 Princeton Road, Johnson City, TN 37601 Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, helping them develop essential skills in literacy, math, and social interaction through engaging lesson plans and activities. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy education, math skills, and overall cognitive development. Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and learning. Utilize Montessori methods and principles to enhance the learning experience. Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students. Assess student development and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. Collaborate with fellow educators to share best practices and enhance the curriculum. Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness to provide an inviting learning space. Experience Previous experience working in a preschool or early childhood setting is highly desirable. Strong skills in classroom management, lesson planning, and effective communication.
