MA serves approximately 300 students, providing Montessori education for children ages 18 months through High School. We have a strong and inclusive community of educators and families, supporting our mission of educating and inspiring life-long learners. We are seeking a dedicated part-time After School Care (ASC) Teacher to join our team in working with children ages 18 mos-12yrs in an outdoor setting (weather permitting) during the afternoon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, possessing skills in patience, time-management, play facilitation, conflict resolution, compassion, empathy, dependability, and communication. If you have experience in childcare, babysitting, or teaching, we encourage you to apply.

- 17 Duties
- Facilitate snack time
- Oversee outdoor (indoor during inclement weather) play activities
- Supervise a positive play environment
- Create and maintain great relationships with ASC team, students, and parents
- Light cleaning Requirements
- Must be 18 years minimum
- Experience working with children
- Familiarity of Montessori philosophy
