$17.50+ per hour (based on experience) Veteran teachers with early childhood experience may qualify for higher pay tiers. Qualifications:

High School Diploma required (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree or above preferred) At least one year of experience childcare (preferred) Ability to multi-task, work cooperatively and manage challenges professionally Ability to learn and implement Goddard curriculum and assessment systems Ability to change diapers, and/or assist with toileting needs (where necessary) Complete required trainings for the State of Tennessee and Goddard Meet background check eligibility and additional state requirements.
