Williamson County Schools Full-time Assistant Day Care Director Arrington Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care Arrington, TN 37014 Summary Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Site Leader in the Arrington and College Grove area working supporting Arrrignton and College Grove Elementary Schools. Assistant Site Leaders assist with managing and supporting the day-to-day operation at assigned school locations. They provide onsite leadership, and child care support, and assist with scheduling, planning, and other administrative tasks as required. Required hours are 6:15-9:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. with additional required administrative hours during the day, for an average of 8 hours per day. This is a 40-hour-per-week position. During school breaks, assistant site leaders must be available for 8-hour shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The well-qualified applicant should have child care, management, and administrative experience. Pay is between $36,895 and $48,212 a year, based on experience Full benefits package and paid time off. 12-month position includes working school breaks and summer Site-leader-in-training position Paid training Duties Responsibilities for the position include Overseeing before and after school programming for students in K through fifth grade Supervising staff and students Creating staff and student schedules Communicating with parents Maintaining DOE state compliance Building relationships with students, staff, parents, and school admin Participating in the leadership development training and team meetings Requirements Requirements for the position include High School diploma, degree preferred Successfully pass a background check Current First Aid/ CPR certification (can be obtained after hire) 18 years of age or older Previous childcare experience Nice To Haves Additional skills that will help you be successful in this role include LOVES working with children!
