What You’ll Do 1. Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Early Head Start classroom to assure smooth operation and the delivery of required services. 2. Assess each child’s developmental level and use the information acquired from the assessment and other information to assure individualization for each child. 3. Develop and implement lesson plans using a variety of learning materials, activities, and experiences to challenge each child’s growth and development. 4. Develop and implement plans to involve each parent in their child’s education, including parent training and volunteer recruitment and training. 5. Provide a variety of avenues for communication with parents including home visits, parent/teacher conferences, telephone calls, center visits, letters, newsletters, anecdotal notes, etc. What We’re Looking For Minimum Infant/Toddler CDA Prefer A.S./A.A or
