Juliet has outlined the following responsibilities of this role: Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of young children. Create a warm, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and respected. Plan and facilitate engaging and interactive learning activities that promote curiosity, exploration, and hands-on discovery. Foster positive relationships with students, building trust and providing individualized support as needed. Collaborate with parents to support childrens learning and spiritual development, including regular communication and parent involvement opportunities. Assess Child’s progress through informal observations and documenting growth and milestones. Integrate Christian principles and values into daily activities and instruction, fostering spiritual growth and character development. Implement developmentally appropriate behavior management strategies to promote positive social skills and self-regulation.
