Lead Older Toddler Educator Red Clover Children?s Center Middlebury, VT 05753 Summary RCCC is a non-profit, licensed Early Childhood Education program based in Middlebury, Vermont. Founded in response to Vermont?s ongoing child care crisis, RCCC is committed to providing high-quality care and meaningful learning experiences for up to 24 children and their families from Addison County and surrounding areas. Duties Provide high quality care and education to children through an intentional and flexible teaching style within our three classrooms. Prioritize and ensure the health and safety of all children. Know and understand Vermont State Child Care Regulations. Know and understand RCCC policies and procedures. Offering high quality learning and care. Be a willing collaborator seeking to contribute to a community and culture of positivity, open-mindedness, and support. Work collaboratively with team of educators to ensure support and understanding of the needs of the children, classrooms, and program as a whole. Establish trusting relationships with families through clear, respectful communication. Set compassionate, developmentally appropriate boundaries with children while using positive language and redirection techniques. Communicate in a positive, respectful manner with the goal of problem solving and collaboration in mind. Understand the relationship between RCCC and MiddUCC?s and engage respectfully and collaboratively.
