The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering student learning and engagement in a supportive environment. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality Reading instruction, developing curriculum, and assessing student performance. This role is essential in shaping the educational experience and ensuring that students achieve their academic goals. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Deliver instruction in a clear, effective manner, utilizing various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes. Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance metrics.
