Your Key Responsibilities:
Conduct literacy assessments using IMSE OG and
ACADIENCE
tools. Design and implement tailored lesson plans to improve reading, writing, and spelling skills. Deliver one-on-one or small-group sessions that foster confidence and mastery in literacy. Track student progress and share regular updates with parents and team members. Collaborate with the team and assist with additional tasks as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in education, speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology, social work, or a related field. Active Florida Professional or Temporary Teacher Certification . Minimum 6-month contract to ensure continuity for students Willingness to complete our FREE 30-hour
Professional Development Training What We Offer:

Weekday shifts, 3.5 hours/day —no weekends! Expected hours : 17.5 per week. 2:30-5:30
