Responsibilities Implement engaging lessons aligned to district curriculum. Utilize various teaching strategies, i to accommodate diverse learning styles. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a safe and productive learning environment. Mentor students and provide early intervention strategies for those needing additional support. Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in professional development opportunities. Assess student progress through formal and informal evaluations, providing feedback to students and parents. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; certification in Early Childhood Education preferred. Experience in teaching or mentoring young children is highly desirable. Familiarity with learning technology tools that enhance classroom instruction. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive environment for all students.
