Stipends Qualification Requirements:
Active PA Reading Specialist certification/licensure Completion of all required Pennsylvania clearances School-based experience required Strong classroom and behavioral management skills Experience working in urban school environments preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality reading instruction aligned with PA state and district standards Create engaging lesson plans that incorporate formative assessments and differentiated instruction Demonstrate mastery of instructional strategies and subject matter Manage classroom behavior effectively and maintain a structured, student-focused environment
