AI Leadership Training for Businesses Part Time Non-Credit Trainer (Temporary Applicant Pool) Reports to: Workforce Director 4 hour class

External Job Description:

Montgomery County Community College’s Center for Workforce Development is seeking knowledgeable and engaging AI Non-Credit Trainers to educate business professionals on the fundamentals and practical applications of artificial intelligence. Explain AI concepts in an accessible and engaging way. You will design and deliver courses that demystify AI. Provide real-world case studies and hands-on exercises to help a company analyze their current operations and pinpoint areas where AI could significantly improve efficiency, productivity, or customer satisfaction. Teach key AI concepts and identifying areas within a company’s operations where AI could automate tasks, analyze data for insights, improve customer experiences, or enhance decision-making; then explore readily available AI tools and platforms, considering your specific needs and data availability, and gradually implement pilot projects to test and refine their AI strategy. Qualifications Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and data analytics. Experience teaching or training professionals in AI-related or other business topics. Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences. Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, TensorFlow, or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience in business consulting is a plus. Teaching assignments may be at the College’s Blue Bell, Pottstown, Virtual Campus and/or offsite locations.
