Valid Alabama Professional Educator Certificate with proper endorsement(s) for subject area(s)

JOB GOAL

To help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, responsible members of society

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Utilizes and follows the state course of study 2. Determines individual and class needs 3. Establishes objectives and plans learning experiences 4. Implements activities using a variety of techniques that utilize instructional time to meet objectives 5. Establishes and maintains standards of student behavior to achieve a functional learning atmosphere 6. Exhibits positive human relations skills 7.
