Duties Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Assess and evaluate student performance through various methods, providing constructive feedback. Collaborate with colleagues and administration to enhance educational programs and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding academic progress and any concerns. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices. Experience esthetics experience min 3 yrs Previous experience in teaching or educational settings is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds. Proficient in using technology for instructional purposes and classroom management.
