Key Responsibilities Provide a combination of classroom-based and on-line instruction to high school students, in one or more assigned areas; demonstrate the skills and abilities to work in both an in-person and a virtual learning environment; Evaluate student progress, consistent with school policy and philosophy, keep appropriate records, prepare relevant student reports, and effectively communicate with students, supervisors, and parents; Build strong relationships with students and their families through community outreach events, parent conferences and other engagement opportunities; and Above all else, our teachers must believe that all students, regardless of background and current ability, can succeed in high school, college, and life. - Bachelor’s degree(BA) or higher
- Valid Florida teaching certificate in a subject area (Temp or Perm)
- Knowledge of Florida Department of Education regulations
