Description:

The position is for an expert Bioinformaticist to assist Sequencing Core users on data analysis. This will involve instructing and supervision of users on 1OX as well as tools in R (such a Seurat 5 to analyze their data).

Qualifications:

Graduate degree in Bioinformatics Experience in the skillsets outlined in the posting Evidence of peer-reviewed publications within that discipline Evidence of successful teaching of students, fellows, or other trainees in said discipline
