Full Job Description Biology/Chemistry Long Term Substitute Teacher Reports To:

Danvers High School Principal Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and rigorous instruction in Biology and Chemistry aligned to curriculum standards. Create lesson plans that promote inquiry, critical thinking, and student engagement. Assess student understanding through varied formative and summative assessments. Maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment. Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues regarding academic progress and classroom expectations. Collaborate with the Science Department team to ensure instructional continuity and support. Fulfill duties as assigned, including attending meetings and participating in professional responsibilities.
