Our mission is to inspire creativity and a love for learning through engaging educational experiences. Summary We are seeking a passionate Lead Instructor to join our team at Wicked Cool For Kids. As a Lead Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality educational programs that foster creativity and critical thinking among young learners. This position is essential to our commitment to providing enriching summer experiences that make learning fun. Responsibilities Supervise staff, oversee daily operations, and complete administrative tasks and reports. Lead instructional STEAM sessions for kids K to 5th grade. Teach daily lessons or delegate teaching responsibilities to other staff members. Manage on-site supplies, track inventory, and report shortages to the main office. Liaise with parents, children, clients, and office staff to facilitate program success. Adapt to new situations and solve problems quickly. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students effectively. 3+ years of teaching experience. Creative mindset with a passion for teaching science, art, or technology. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators. CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
