The ideal candidate will be invested in The Founders Academy as a member of the staff, providing engaging opportunities for students to learn, and contributing to the culture and climate of the school community in a positive and meaningful way. This is a permanent full-time position. Qualifications Support for and engagement in the school’s mission Investment in student success Bachelor’s Degree preferred New Hampshire state teaching certification preferred Previous experience preferred Knowledge of curriculum development preferred Responsibilities Plan and implement engaging content specific lessons Assess student growth Communicate clearly and consistently with families Provide feedback to students Work with our special education team to design differentiated learning experiences Develop curriculum Work with administration to uphold and support all school policies and procedures Other school duties assigned to help maintain a safe and orderly school environment Summary Desirable qualities are teaching experience, a passion for the content, and the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
