• Hiring, mentoring, and evaluating teachers
• Data Analysis (specifically that associated with the Math Recommendation Process and State Test Performance)
• Early College Liaison, New Teacher, etc
• Planning and developing professional development opportunities for teachers
• Managing necessary textbooks, supplies, and equipment
• Working collaborative with high school leadership team, as well as K-8

Math/Science DirectorRequired:

• Masters in Math/Science Education or Administration
• Leadership experience
• Knowledge of Common Core and Next Generation Science Standards
