The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in instructional design and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves engaging with students across various subjects, including Geometry, Algebra, Organic Chemistry, and more, while providing academic advising and mentoring to support their educational journey. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective instructional materials and lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles. Provide academic advising to students, guiding them in their course selections and career paths. Teach subjects including Geometry, Algebra, and Organic Chemistry, ensuring comprehension through innovative teaching methods. Mentor students to enhance their understanding of complex concepts and foster critical thinking skills. Conduct scientific research projects that encourage student participation and inquiry-based learning. Manage classroom behavior effectively to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment. Collaborate with library services to integrate resources that support curriculum objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees preferred. Proven experience in instructional design and curriculum development. Strong knowledge of Geometry, Algebra, Organic Chemistry, and scientific research methodologies. Excellent mentoring skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Familiarity with behavior management strategies to maintain a productive classroom atmosphere. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect with students of varying backgrounds.
