7-12 Biology Teacher Carlynton School District Carnegie, PA 15106 7-12 Biology Teacher Are you passionate about science and inspiring young minds? The Carlynton School District is looking for a dynamic Biology Teacher for grades 7-12 to join our team of dedicated educators at the Junior-Senior High School for the 2025-2026 school year.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Education Valid Pennsylvania Teacher’s Certification in Biology Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Deliver engaging, standards-based instruction aligned with district curriculum. Develop and implement lesson plans that accommodate diverse learners. Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative evaluations. Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and support staff to support student learning. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and classroom updates. Integrate technology to enhance instruction and student engagement. Participate in professional development and school-related meetings or events. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and other required documentation. Uphold district policies, procedures, and expectations for professional conduct.
