Department Information Our Science Department on the Florence Campus is seeking to expand its pool of part-time faculty to teach in-person Biology such as Cell Biology for Health Professions, Cell Systems, Organismal Systems, and Ecosystems.
This is an application pool posting for 2024-2025, starting Fall term 2024. The assigned location for this position is at the Lane Community College Florence Campus located in Florence, Oregon
Classes may include BI 101, 102, 103, 112, depending on candidate experience and department needs.
Beyond the required education and experience, instructors must have a passion for what they teach, and have teaching styles that support student success. Instructors are responsible for following division and college procedures in support of teaching and learning.
