GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
In this challenging role, you will be supporting the PHS-Physical Sciences department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following. Teaching and manage chemistry courses.
College and departmental committee work and required professional development.
Work as laboratory manager for the physical sciences department including ordering materials, maintaining the lab spaces, and monitoring safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate work in the labs with an laboratory assistants.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
A Doctorate or Master’s degree with a major in chemistry or a Doctorate or Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in chemistry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Two years of college teaching experience. Hands on experience with scientific instrumentation and working in laboratory spaces.
