Full Job Description Credentials:
Holds a valid Tennessee teaching license with appropriate endorsements for services to children from preschool through sixth grade or an endorsement in a specialty area relevant to the position sought.

The teacher must work cooperatively with children and adults, manage student behavior effectively, follow directions, protect the confidentiality rights of parents and children, support child safety and good self-esteem, model appropriate grammar usage, communicate effectively, and possess, use, and continue to develop teaching skills that lead to expected student achievement. The teacher must also be punctual and consistent in attendance and dress in a manner appropriate for the profession.
