Role:
Curate Camp ’25 is an 8-week performing arts camp for rising 3rd-6th graders. Assistant Directors help lead day-to-day camp operations and guide students through activities in acting, dance, and music. We’re looking for energetic, creative individuals who can jump in across disciplines, support students, and keep the day running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Lead small groups in arts-based activities and rehearsals Supervise students during transitions, meals, and outdoor breaks Support camp-wide rehearsals and the final musical ( Matilda JR. ) Communicate with parents at check-in/check-out Work closely with other Directors to maintain a safe, positive, and fun environment
Requirements:
No degree required Background in performing arts required Experience working with children preferred Comfortable working across multiple disciplines (acting, dance, music) High energy, reliable, and flexible in a fast-paced camp setting
