ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Instruct/lead campers aged 5 to 13 utilizing Ivy Camps USA curriculum, or other predetermined arts and crafts or athletic games and activities Engage with students throughout the entire day Ensure effective camper pick-up and drop-off Communicate proactively with your on-site director about student performance, learning, and any possible incidents Ensure proper set up and clean up of materials as needed
EDUCATION & RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in progress Experience working with children required LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS, or
CERTIFICATIONS
Background Check required; fingerprinting may be required Pediatric and Adult First Aid / CPR, First Aid required for hire (in-person CPR component required). Applicants must be willing to acquire certification within 14 days of hire (not reimbursable) if missing CPR certification Comply with any additional state or site specific requirements as determined by local law and licensing

EXPECTATIONS
Monthly (tasks that can be completed once a month): communicate availability for the month to site director; support in running safety drills for licensing Weekly (tasks that can be completed once a week): sanitize toys and materials; support current inventory’s organization Daily (tasks that can be completed once a day): appropriately clocking-in and out; engage with students; instruct activities assigned; handle student behavior concerns; arrive 30 minutes before the start time to set up activities; support director in curriculum by creating samples of daily activities; clean up stations; wipe down tables before and after students arrive Ivy Camps USA is an equal-opportunity employer.
