Gracie Barra Orlando—one of Central Florida’s fastest-growing BJJ schools—is hunting for high-energy Blue, Purple, and Brown Belts who light up a mat full of kids and can inspire our new Women’s-Only program. If you thrive on turning shy 4-year-olds into confident little warriors—or empowering moms, nurses, and entrepreneurs with world-class self-defense—let’s talk. What you’ll do: Lead 45-60-minute, game-driven Kids BJJ classes (ages 3-6 & 7-12) that keep students laughing, sweating, and mastering fundamentals. (Optional) Own our Women’s-Only class—teaching self-defense sequences, positional sparring, and confidence drills in a supportive, female-focused vibe. Assist with tournament teams, belt ceremonies, and summer-camp adventures (field trips, anti-bullying workshops, Nerf-wars on the mats). Partner with Head Coach to refine class plans, demo techniques, and ensure safety / hygiene standards are flawless.

Be the face of fun:

greet parents, high-five every student by name, and wrap each session with an upbeat lesson-of-the-day.

Must-haves:

Blue, Purple, or Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (IBJJF lineage preferred).

Natural kid-magnet:

camp counselor, after-school leader, youth coach—or you just love being goofy while teaching crisp technique. Explosive energy & patience: You can keep 20 first-graders engaged without losing technical detail. Reliable weekday availability at 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM (mornings a plus). Clear background check & current CPR/First-Aid within 30 days of hire.

Nice-to-haves:

Female practitioner interested in spearheading Women’s-Only classes. Spanish or Portuguese fluency. Experience running birthday-parties, summer camps, or school demos.
