We need someone who can teach crisp fundamentals, hype up a six-year-old, and push seasoned purple belts all in the same day. Smiles, high-fives, and flawless technique—every class. What you’ll do: Run high-energy Kids Fundamentals and Youth Competition classes. Lead Adult Fundamentals, Advanced, and No-Gi sessions with clear details and live rounds. Mentor our color-belt assistant coaches—set standards, demo techniques, keep the vibe positive. Plan belt promotions, special seminars, and tournament camps. Greet every student by name, keep mats spotless, and finish each class with a life-lesson takeaway.

Must-haves:

Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (GB lineage a plus, IBJJF certified preferred). Proven experience teaching both kids and adults. High-energy, patient, kind—can break down a move for a five-year-old and still excite a room of executives at 7 PM. Reliable weekday evenings; able to cover occasional mornings and Saturdays. Clear background check; CPR/First-Aid within 30 days of hire.

Nice-to-haves:

Competition coaching record or personal medal history. Portuguese or Spanish fluency. Social-media savvy—comfortable on camera for technique reels.
