WHO WE ARE

Seigler’s Karate Center (SKC) is more than a martial arts school — we’re a leadership incubator. Since 1982, we’ve helped thousands of students grow in strength, confidence, and discipline. With 600+ active students across locations and more schools launching, we are now hiring a School Operator to lead our newest dojo opening in the Augusta, GA area. You won’t be walking into an empty school. We will launch your location with 50-75 pre-registered students and provide full marketing, backend support, and systems to help you hit the ground running.

THE ROLE

SCHOOL

OPERATOR

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with experience in martial arts and teaching, who’s ready to grow into a six-figure position. You’ll be immediately placed as the lead instructor and operator for a school that will quickly scale to 100-200 active members. You’ll teach classes, manage operations, drive student success, and grow revenue through upgrades and enrollments. We provide complete training in our proven sales systems and growth model — your job is to lead and execute.

REQUIREMENTS

Martial arts experience required (black belt strongly preferred) Teaching experience required (kids and/or adults) Leadership or management experience is a strong plus Comfortable selling — or willing to learn (we provide full sales training) Must be willing to relocate to the Augusta, GA area

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Teach & Lead Run high-energy martial arts and kickboxing classes Support and develop assistant instructors Oversee evaluations, student progress, and retention Operate & Grow Lead daily school operations and front-end customer service Enroll new students (we generate the leads) Drive profitability through gear sales, program upgrades, and event promotions

COMPENSATION

$100K+

PATH Base Salary:

$40,000 ( increased pay based upon hitting milestones) 125 students = ~$64,000/year 175 students = ~$85,000/year 225 students = $112,000/year With pre-registered students, proven systems, and full marketing support, most operators reach $100K+ in under 12 months.
