Recreational Gymnastics Instructor BIO Gymnastics Cumming, GA 30041 Premier gymnastics facility in Forsyth County is seeking a recreational gymnastics instructor. Candidates must provide instruction to children aged 5 to 12 years, emphasizing safety and skill development. Ideal applicants are reliable, responsible, and full of energy. Experience in gymnastics, physical education, or child development is essential. Applicants must be 18 years or older.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach gymnastics skills appropriate to age and ability level Foster positive communication with children Maintain professionalism with participants, parents, and supervisors Ensure reliability and accountability Thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks Set up equipment and follow class curriculum Assist with facility upkeep Adhere to safety protocols and emergency procedures Complete necessary evaluations and reports
Physical Requirements:
Capable of lifting, holding, and maneuvering objects up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing for extended periods, demonstrating body positions, and assisting students Proficient in equipment setup and spotting participants
Certifications Required:
USA Gymnastics Safety Certification (or obtainable within 3 months) CPR Certification (or obtainable within 3 months)
