Job Summary :
The youth summer camp program at Greensboro Country Club will accommodate children ages 4 to 12 and offers activities like arts and crafts, group games, fitness, and more! Camp counselors will be responsible for executing camp activities, constantly monitoring, ensuring safety and supervision, and transporting campers to and from program activities like fitness, golf, tennis, and swim.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Instruct and lead planned camp itinerary activities Check in campers accordingly each day Supervise and monitor assigned group of campers Load campers onto busses and ride to and from destinations, ensuring safety and supervision Engage with campers in a fun and positive manner Create a fun atmosphere for our club’s youth Other duties assigned by
Youth Activities Manager Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Highly positive and enthusiastic style of motivating others and building rapport Outstanding interpersonal skills Attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills Previous childcare experience preferred A passion for working with children
Minimum Qualifications :
