Various full and part time positions are available, and no prior climbing experience is necessary (no, seriously). Are you awesome? WHAT YOU’LL DO

Help kids stay focused and on task during class Does simple cleaning/ tidying tasks Can set up/ break down activities Gives kids beta while they are climbing Can monitor kids warming up on the traverse Can monitor a small group of kids bouldering Can facilitate a small group of kids top roping and group belaying and can also belay for students Can take attendance for class and give kids shoes & harnesses Can help kids get into their harnesses and tie knots correctly

CLIMBING EXPERIENCE ISN’T A REQUIREMENT TO APPLY.

We mean it. We have been training and certifying climbing professionals for nearly 30 years. We build climbing experts; you don’t have to start out as one to apply. Those are skills we will teach you. What are we looking for if you don’t have climbing experience?
