The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts and a commitment to teaching students of all ages. This role involves not only instructing classes but also fostering a positive and encouraging environment that promotes physical fitness, discipline, and respect among students. Responsibilities Conduct engaging and effective martial arts classes for students of various skill levels. Develop lesson plans that incorporate techniques, self-defense skills, and physical conditioning. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and focused classroom atmosphere. Organize and participate in events, competitions, or demonstrations to showcase student achievements. Ensure the safety of all participants during classes and activities by adhering to health club standards and protocols. Skills Proficient in martial arts with experience in karate or other disciplines. Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Experience working with students in a physical education setting or similar environment. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Background in health club operations or related fields is advantageous. Additional experience in childcare, lifeguarding, or swim instruction is a plus.
