The ideal candidate will have a strong background in martial arts, sports coaching, or related fields, and will be responsible for educating and engaging students of all ages in various physical activities. This role requires excellent behavior management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment that fosters growth and development. Duties Educate students in martial arts disciplines such as Karate and Judo, ensuring proper techniques and safety measures are followed. Conduct engaging classes that promote physical fitness, discipline, and respect among participants. Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Organize and lead activities in the gym, including climbing, swimming, and other sports-related exercises. Provide individualized attention to students to help them achieve their personal goals in martial arts or sports. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement. Collaborate with other instructors to develop curriculum and coordinate events or competitions. Requirements Proven experience in martial arts or sports coaching is preferred; certifications in Karate or Judo are a plus. Strong behavior management skills with the ability to engage children and young adults effectively. Ability to climb, swim, and participate actively in various physical activities. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A passion for teaching and mentoring students in a supportive environment. Previous experience in childcare or working with youth is highly desirable.
