Essential skills:

be patient with children, be highly creative, organized, and flexible. Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times. Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful camp environment. Manage classroom or activity areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Work collaboratively with fellow staff, counselors, and administrators. Handle minor behavioral issues with patience and professionalism. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians when needed.

Working Conditions:

Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Physically able to participate in camp activities (walking, lifting, standing, etc.). Flexible working hours, including early mornings or afternoons There two shifts: 9 am to 5:30 pm 12 pm to 6 pm This is a summer job opportunity that can be extended full time for the next school year based on performance.
