Job Overview:

Join our team as a Gymnastics and/or Ninja Coach and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual with a passion for gymnastics and/or Ninja coaching to guide and mentor students in their gymnastics/ninja journey. Must be willing to continue learning the sport(s) and become further educated on skills and techniques. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Plan and lead gymnastics/ninja classes for students of various skill levels
• Teach proper techniques, form, and safety measures in gymnastics
• Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
• Provide individualized feedback and support to each student
• Organize and supervise gymnastics/ninja activities and events
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
• Knowledge of gymnastics/ninja techniques, skills, and equipment
• Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff
• Strong interpersonal skills and patience in working with children
• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
• Background in physical education, childcare, or related field (nice-to-have)
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques
