As we continue to grow, we are looking for a passionate and professional Part-Time Martial Arts Instructor to join our team and grow with us long term. Responsibilities Instruct students in martial arts techniques, forms, self-defense, and character development Lead engaging, structured classes for youth and/or adults Ensure a safe, respectful, and motivating class environment Support students’ progression through belt ranks and skill development Collaborate with school leadership on curriculum and special events Serve as a positive role model both on and off the mat Attend instructor training and staff meetings as required Qualifications Prior martial arts teaching or assistant teaching experience preferred Black belt or equivalent rank (please specify style in application) Strong communication and leadership skills Dependable, professional, and enthusiastic about working with students Willingness to grow within the school and take on more responsibility over time CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus Background check required What We Offer Positive and supportive team culture Opportunity for growth into full-time or leadership roles Ongoing training and mentorship Impactful work that changes lives and builds community
