Bowling Coach Ragin Preparatory Christian Academy Little Lambs Sumter, SC 29150 Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bowling Coach to lead and mentor students in the sport of bowling. The Bowling Coach will be responsible for designing training programs that develop players? skills, techniques, and sportsmanship while promoting a fun and positive team culture. This role involves planning and leading practices, preparing athletes for competitions, and supporting each player?s individual growth within the team environment. Duties Plan and implement effective practice sessions to improve players’ bowling techniques and overall performance. Teach fundamental skills, rules, and strategies, while fostering teamwork and discipline. Prepare athletes physically and mentally for competitions, setting goals and tracking progress. Ensure safety guidelines are followed during all practices and events. Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff to provide updates and feedback. Requirements High school diploma (Bachelor?s degree in Physical Education or a related field preferred). Experience in coaching or playing competitive bowling. Strong knowledge of bowling techniques, rules, and strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
