Hendersonville Martial Arts is growing fast and we are looking for a Program Director to help us as we continue to expand our class offerings to Children, Teens and Adults. We are looking for a highly professional individual with a Black Belt or equivalent experience in Martial Arts along with experience in sales and/or marketing. The ideal candidate will also have the right temperament to work with both children and adults. The Program Director is primarily responsible for helping new students navigate through beginner classes and the enrollment process. This will also include working closely with the HMA Instructor team to help members set goals that will lead to upgrades and renewals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for martial arts and a willingness to market our programs in the community. The candidate must be able to work nights and weekends. HMA offers extensive Instructor training, professional development, opportunity for bonuses and an investment opportunities via an IRA with matching funds.
