Position Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing, personable, and confident Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient and home health therapy services team. The ideal candidate is coachable, proactive , and committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes while fostering a culture of support, empowerment, and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care in both outpatient and home health settings Serve as a clinical role model and advocate for best practices Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver individualized therapy plans Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with Medicare and OWCP regulations Support a culture of continuous improvement and empowerment Identify and implement process improvements Educate patients on treatment plans, rehab goals, and follow-up care

Required Qualifications:
Active State of Alabama Nurse Practitioner License Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Master’s preferred) BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Knowledge of Medicare documentation and billing Strong communication and self-direction Willingness to learn and collaborate
