Pure Dermatology & Aesthetics is seeking a Skin Care Product Sales Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a dynamic and personable individual with retail skincare sales experience who can confidently recommend and sell medical-grade skincare products . A license in aesthetics is not required, but a strong knowledge of skin types, concerns, and effective product solutions is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and build relationships through exceptional customer service Evaluate patients’ skincare concerns and recommend customized product regimens Maintain expert knowledge of SkinMedica, EltaMD, SkinCeuticals, Revision and other medical-grade lines Drive product sales through in-office consultations and patient education Maintain organized product displays and manage inventory Collaborate with our dermatology and aesthetics team to enhance patient outcomes
Qualifications:
Proven experience in skincare retail sales (medical-grade or high-end required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assess skincare needs and explain product benefits clearly and confidently Passion for skincare, beauty, and wellness Professional appearance and demeanor Availability to work flexible hours as needed Why Join Us?
