Autism Teacher Just Love All Kids Childcare Center 5060 Business Park Drive, Montgomery, AL 36116 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment that fosters the intellectual and social development of students. This role requires a commitment to student success and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards. Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning. Foster a supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and collaboration. Utilize various teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles, including those with developmental disabilities. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create an inclusive educational environment. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding academic performance and behavioral issues. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Skills Strong background in early childhood education and literacy education . Experience working with students requiring behavioral health support. Proficient in lesson planning , tailoring content for diverse learners. Knowledge of library services to support student research and literacy initiatives. Familiarity with speech therapy techniques for students needing additional language support. Experience in private school settings is a plus. Understanding of early intervention strategies for at-risk students. Ability to work effectively with individuals who have developmental disabilities .
